Responsibilities
A Gradient Specialist’s responsibilities and duties are as follows:
- Complete the Gradient Development Program training.
- Pursue and obtain Google Cloud Platform Certifications based on your matched career track..
- Work with technical and business leads to transfer global business requirements into sound solutions.
Qualifications
- Graduated a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or similar, in 2025
- Programming or scripting experience in any language, Python preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to use analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to commit to our Gradient Specialist Program and the technical career that follows.
