JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Associate (CX)
Location- Bangalore
CTC 3.25 to 4.3 LPA**
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Graduate / undergraduate with overall 1+yrs experience in a BPO Voice Process/Customer
Service role.
- Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication. ( Fluent )
- Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (Nightshifts including 12 am to 9 am shift for Male candidates).
- Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office (Location: Silk Board) with great
ambience. - Candidates should be willing to travel to work by themselves.
