Job Description:
Store Keeper
1) Prepare to die blanks for heat treatment operation
2) Do stress releveling prior to hardening
3) Segregate work according to the thickness and size of the die
4) Load effectively to achieve optimum utilization of the furnace
5) Ensure the stock of Liquid nitrogen, and other gases required
6) Do Autonomous maintenance of the furnace
7) Enter the information to ERP
8) Check the hardness of the dies and update in ERP before release
9) ensure the Job thermocouple is placed in the correct position
10) Arrange to temper and retempering in baffle furnaces
