Job Description:1. Understand drilling & blasting, excavation, transporting, and crushing activities for the timely supply of the right quality and quantity of Limestone to stacker reclaimer as per the cement plant requirement.
2. Understand the excavation operation to create faces, roads, and benches, as per the overall mine development plan, fulfilling statutory requirements.
3. Understand corrective action in achieving productivity in HEMM operations and crushing to optimize mining costs.
4. Understand the removal of soil over the mine surface, as per the mining plan to make the surface available for drilling & blasting.
5. Understand the safe operation of all the equipment’s in his shift and comply with statutory requirements.
6. The system requirements of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000, and WCM systems in thorough the involvement of employees for improving working and quality standards
