- Qualification Preferred BE/B.tech Intern (or) ME/M.tech in Mechanical/Computer Science / Information Technology specialization Intern
- Python (for data visualization), AI/ML [Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning], Python scripting
- Must know how to work with Excel or spreadsheets, OR Lookerstudio
- Beneficial to know – Service-Now tool, Skywise tool, ITSM or ITIL guidelines
- Creative & Critical thinking approach, Analytical skills & Ability to analyze datasets
- Ability to write documentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving

Background & Activity:
- This business case proposes an Automation Opportunity Analysis on Incidents to identify repetitive and high-volume incidents that can be automated. The goal is to reduce manual workload, improve resolution times, enhance service efficiency, and minimize operational costs
- Identifying high-volume, repetitive incidents suitable for automation.
- Classifying incidents by complexity, frequency, and resolution effort.
- Proposing automation strategies using scripts, bots, AI, or self-service mechanisms.
- Estimating potential efficiency gains, cost savings, and SLA improvements.
- Developing a roadmap for implementing automation in a phased approach.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- ✔ Data Collection & Analysis – Extract incident data from ServiceNow and categorize it.
- ✔ Pattern Identification – Identify common recurring incidents suitable for automation.
- ✔ Root Cause & Feasibility Study – Determine why these incidents occur and if they can be prevented.
- ✔ Automation Suggestions – Provide automation solutions (e.g., chatbot responses, self-healing scripts).
- ✔ Impact Assessment – Calculate estimated time/cost savings through automation.
- ✔ Final Report & Recommendations – Deliver a structured report with findings, automation proposals, and a roadmap.
The existing dev team will facilitate all necessary setup and guidance required for activity.
