Eligibility Criteria for Associate – Customer Service (International Voice Process):
- The candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Experience in an International BPO is a plus
Job Description:
- 0-5 years of experience with excellent command over English (comprehension and conversation)
- Well-versed in English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in International BPO will be an added advantage
- Flexible to work in early morning shifts
