I am thrilled to share an exciting opportunity to join our Amazon Payment Risk Operations team as a Transaction Risk Investigator! We are looking for passionate individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, dedicated to ensuring customer success.
Role Overview: As a Transaction Risk Investigator, you will take ownership of customer issues and advocate for their success while providing high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate suspicious activities and behaviors that pose risks to Amazon and our customers.
- Ensure high-quality decisions by applying CTPS standard operational procedures.
- Identify known fraud patterns and discover new trends to minimize risks.
- Utilize a range of tools to research transactions and gather data for accurate decision-making.
- Help minimize Amazons financial, legal, and reputational risks while maintaining confidentiality and data security standards.
- Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Details:
- Role Type: Seasonal (Fixed Term Contract for 6 months)
- Work Model: Work From Home (available in approved states: Telangana, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Karnataka, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala)
- Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night) with 2 consecutive days off every 3 months.
Minimum Prerequisites:
- Education: Bachelors degree (Recent graduates must provide provisional and consolidated marksheets)
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills to provide effective solutions.
