What you will do:
- Project – Classifying customer feedback from various surveys to enable insight generation using a ChatGPT-enabled workflow
- The intern will also need to identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of the classification
- Necessary skills – Excellent grasp of Google Sheets, working knowledge of GPT/other genAI bots, good communication skills
- Qualifications – Post grad – pursuing or completed
- Tenure – 3-6 months
- Work Mode – 3 days WFO
