Job Title: AI/ML Intern
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, Hybrid
Overview:
The CX team at Angel One is driving customer service enhancements with a digital-first approach. We are scaling IVR, Chat assistant and a few other avenues to provide a seamless support experience to our users.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain a robust dataset containing conversational queries and corresponding expected responses.
- Design and implement automated UI test scripts to simulate end-to-end conversation flows.
- Assist with the integration of the final dataset into an LLM-based judge evaluation framework for acceptability testing.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to continuously monitor automation test logs and bot performance.
- Expand automated testing frameworks to include comprehensive edge case and negative scenario testing, ensuring predictable chatbot behavior under diverse and unexpected user inputs.
Who you are:
- Proficient in working with LLMs
- Knows Python scripting for ML Internship
- Knows basic prompt engineering
- Knows basic data analysis
