What will your day look like?
- Conduct opportunity discovery, customer profiling and funnel analysis and present insights and actionable recommendations to business stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand feasibility of new approaches and initiatives
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to understand opportunities to improve personalisation campaigns
- Design reporting solutions to help stakeholders to understand the impact of business initiatives
- Define business rules and source input data for customer attributes to use in campaigns
- Peer-review work done by other analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and skills uplift.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience with tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation (e.g. SQL, Teradata, Python, R, Qliksense, SAS, Tableau, Excel)
- Knowledge of standard statistical methods.
- Good written, visual and verbal communication of analysis insights and recommendations to a non-technical audience
- Analytical inquisitive mindset with a continuous improvement focus
- Experience combining disparate data from multiple sources to create a complete understanding of a problem or opportunity
- A team player with a coaching mindset, able to bring people on a journey and help them grow
