Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offering till pre-onboarding.
. Hands-on experience on IT recruitment.
• Experience work on sourcing platforms & channels like Naukri & LinkedIn
• Recruitment data and trackers management.
• Updating our internal databases with new employee information.
• Perform day to day HR Operational activities from documentation, including but not limited to, pre-onboarding, recruitment.
• Update key stakeholders with regular progress meetings and information
• Handle HR related queries.
Skills and Requirements
• Good sourcing skills.
• Good understanding of Human Resources and its functions
• Hands on knowledge with MS-Office applications
• Excellent administrative and Organizational skills
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Eye for detail and process oriented
Eligibility Criteria:
•Qualification: MBA in HR with UG background of B. Com
•Year of Passing: 2024
•Aggregate: throughout the 10th, 12th & Graduation/Post Graduation with 60 % or 6 CGPA and above.

- Round 1 : Techno managerial Interview (In-Person)
- Round 2 : Psychometric assessment(Virtual)
- Round 3 :HR Interview(In-Person)
