About the role
- The Professional Services team is right at the core of Arbolus and is responsible for providing best-in-class service to our clients around the world.
- As an Associate in the Professional Services team, you will research a wide variety of topics and sectors and you will recruit and establish connections with thought leaders around the world.
- In this role, you will start gaining exposure and establishing relationships with Arbolus clients, helping them make well-informed business decisions by connecting with Arbolus experts.
Key roles and Responsibilities
- Associates are responsible for providing day to day support on client projects and works closely with our Senior Associates and Project Leads in executing several projects during the day
- Work on time sensitive research requests from clients, responsible for scoping the client needs, deliver custom research support and provide the most appropriate solutions to our end clients
- Responsible for building and recruiting new topic experts through active research and networking. Develop relationships with experts who are leading thought leaders and experts in their respective industries
- Partner with the product delivery team to work on newer product / service offerings and provide proactive solutions/suggestions in improving the team processes and client experience
Experience and Qualification
- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in client facing roles who are interested in making a career in the fast growing expert network industry. Campus freshers with a passion to excel in client servicing roles can also apply.
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, able to confidently drive discussions with end-clients
- People with Inquisitiveness to learn and passion for problem solving
- University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
- You have an agile mindset, curious, excited to work in a fast-paced environment and have the courage to break traditions
