Job Description:

We are looking for an Associate Member of Technical Staff to join our division. You will be partnering with senior business and product leadership to do great things. Ultimately your work will focus on improving corporate performance, product performance.

But enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are a developer with extensive experience in designing and building full stack web applications, preferably in public and private cloud environments with some experience building and using large-scale automated test infrastructure. You are an excellent communicator with the capability of quickly picking up the complicated healthcare space. You are a tenacious, but nimble learner, who demonstrates design & engineering excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality code to production as a full stack developer in an Agile team of diverse engineers
• Participate in agile ceremonies & drive best practices to improve team performance.
• Work collaboratively across the Technology and Product organizations to ensure alignment towards business goals

Qualifications:

• Ideally 1+ years of progressive software development experience with significant product development expertise
• Good knowledge of modern programming languages /application development frameworks such as: Java, PERL,Python.
• Experience working with established large codebase, added Advantage: Full stack development experience.
• Familiarity with AWS
• Familiarity with application build, deployment, monitoring tools & frameworks like CI/CD  in Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog etc.
• Strong knowledge of any source control management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working within established large codebase and process frameworks.
• Proactive and self-motivated – willing to improve on existing processes to allow for faster iterations.
• Good record of accomplishment of learning new tools and technologies.
