- Knowledge in Networking, Windows/Linux and/or Databases.
- Knowledge of OSI/TCP IP, ISDN PRI, BRI, EPBX, Ip Telephony, Sampling
- Knowledge or familiarity with physical layer testing standards for DS0s & DS1s
- Knowledge of Unified Communication/Contact center technologies, Knowledge of Protocols- H.323, SIP
