Roles & Responsibilities:-
Being a Management Trainee will get to work in various sales distribution channels as well as enabler functions like Retail Sales, Bancassurance, Virtual Office, Corporate Business Group, Motor Insurance, Point Of Sales (POS), Operations, customer service, product development, Technical teams etc. across PAN India
Roles will be based in various departments and exposed to
- Business Development,
- Intermediary & Relationship Management
- Market Intelligence & IT awareness
- Core Sales & Marketing through multiple distribution channels like – Agency, Bancassurance, Corporate Marketing, Websites, etc
