Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work independently but referring more complex situations to team leads/subject matter experts
- Act as a knowledge resource for products currently handled by Wholesale Lending Operations
- Execute terms of agreed facilities, including drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, wire transfers, treasury fundings, deposits, and investigations
- Ensure that fees, interest, and principal amortization are billed and collected and forwarded to participants/syndicate members as appropriate
- Review and action-ing of control and exception reports, ensuring breaks are researched and resolved per agreed department standards
- Act as a subject matter expert by developing an excellent understanding of procedures
- React spontaneously to urgent requests and perform the required maker/checker activities
Skills and Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline)
- MBA in Finance (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to manage change
- Equipped at using MS Office tools such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Access
- Aptitude to work in a variable business environment, periodically requiring tight deadlines and aggressive turn-around times
- Flexible with working in shifts.
