ABOUT CDK GLOBAL

CDK Global is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our new graduate trainee program.Ultimately, you will become an infrastructure engineer primarily focusing on the up-keep and availability of our virtualization, hyperconverged & cloud infrastructure. You will be trained to work on operational activities to maintain the health and recoverour IT Infrastructure from any failures. You will be engaging with multiple stakeholders across the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Position : Branding & Communication Intern

Duration : 6 months

Mode : Work from Office

Stipend : INR 20 to 25 K per month

Objective:

• Be on-the-ground SPOC and work with Head of Corp communications and rest of the HR team to create and run engagement campaigns for talent branding and employee engagement, internally
• Create new avenues and devise new channels (video or other visual) of engagement to increase the engagement score within the organization, internally
• Mobilise and run a volunteer force called social warriors, to increase engagement scores on social handles

 Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, communications, designing, video creation or a related field.
• Have an additional spunk for design and video creation
• End-to-end project coordination skills with help from engagement teams and project leads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and language suited for Indian audiences
• Attention to detail
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Good mobile videography skills – to be aware of good editing skills needed for reels, short youtube videos for corporates
• Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to our target audience’s preferences, interests and nuances.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of ownership of activities.
• A curious and a learning mindset is a must. We don’t expect our people to know their job fully when they join us, but what we value is the ability to continuously learn and evolve.
