Job Description for Cerner Hiring:
- Cerner is pleased to hire a Production Software Engineer. As a Production Software Engineer, you are responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing basic technical coding issues submitted by internal or external clients.
- You have to own, debug and document basic investigations and resolution of issues within code base using varied technical techniques, including modifying existing software code. In this role, you will be responsible to perform root cause analysis, help identify problem areas, make recommendations to development teams.
- In addition to all, you are responsible to communicate with internal and external clients and teams on issue resolution and to create code-based queries and development testing tools and also to consult with clients to understand problems and requests for additional information and develop knowledge of the assigned solution, technologies, development processes, and ecosystem.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications for Cerner Hiring:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer science, IT or relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience in providing AWS support
Preferred Qualifications :
At least 1 year experience in AWS ecosystem (preferred in Processing pipeline)
Expectations :
- Willing to work in a 24×7 shift
