Job summary
We are looking for a dedicated Trainee with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in MS Excel and be eager to learn and grow within our organization. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will support various departments by providing accurate data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection and analysis using MS Excel to support various departments.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track key performance indicators and metrics.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data-related topics.
- Stay updated on the latest MS Excel features and best practices to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure data needs are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong foundation in MS Excel including functions formulas and data analysis tools.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Have a basic understanding of data management principles.
