Intro:

As part of our dynamic and growing IT team, we are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join us as IT Cloud Infrastructure Interns. This internship presents a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure and contributing to the ongoing success of our IT initiatives.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Assist in Cloud Infrastructure Management:
• Work closely with the IT team to manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.
• Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud services.

Develop Automation tool for Cloud infrastructure Projects:

• Collaborate with senior team members on ongoing cloud projects.
• Help senior team members to develop automation tools.

Troubleshoot and Provide Technical Support:

• Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist in problem resolution.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation of cloud configurations and procedures.
• Generate reports on cloud usage, performance, and security.

Stay Current on Cloud Technologies:

• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new cloud services.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work collaboratively with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Exposure to cloud projects or coursework.
• Hands on Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, .net, J query etc.).
• Understanding of Linux, windows administration, and networking concepts in a cloud environment.
• Previous internship or project experience related to cloud infrastructure.
