Job Description
- Minimum knowledge on Windows server OS
- Handle regular day to day IT Infra operations
- Installation of systems OS ,Applications and break fixing of H/W and S/W issues
- Working on Service Desk tickets
- Coordinating with IT stake holders to fix the issues
- Participate in internal/external audits to showcase the IT compliance status
- Perform the IT related task and update the status higher management on regularly
- Participating in Day/Weekly status review meeting
