Job Description:
- Works with the Talent Acquisition Team on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees for Decathlon
- Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boards
- Build candidate generation strategies (heavy emphasis on social media channels)
- Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system
- Assist in open enrollment procedures (fairs, education reports, etc.)
- Work with HR to schedule posts and finding/creating content across social media platforms
- Responsible for organising pre placement talks in colleges
- Conducting telephonic and VC interview for candidates
Qualifications Required:
- MBA candidates (preferable majoring in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
- Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
