Anybody over the age of 18 can apply for Skincare Internship
Rules & Guidelines:

- Although we have got multiple requests, just to keep things fair & square Deconstruct employees & their family members will not be eligible to be part of this cool internship.

- All decisions regarding eligibility, authenticity, and final judgment rest solely with Deconstruct. In the event of any unfair practices, the candidate will be disqualified. We are being serious!
Competition Structure:
Round 1 – Application & Screening Round:
- In this round, candidates have to fill in the questions at the time of registration.
Round 2 – Video Submission:
- Basis the responses in round 1, selected participants will have to make a video submission. The video needs to be submitted on Unstop
Round 3 – Interview:
- Shortlisted participants will move to the final personal interview round with Deconstruct Team.
