Job Description:

As a Junior Azure Cloud Trainee, you will join Deloitte on its journey to the Cloud. We offer a challenging and evolving environment where you can make a personal impact. As a crucial member of our team, you will work on the challenges of launching & maintaining applications in Cloud and maintaining SQL on Cloud. You will automate as much as possible while meeting customer expectations to ensure applications are always available, flawless, and seamless.

You are interested in everything Azure Cloud offers and want to stay at the forefront of the Cloud market.

Your Profile

• Looking for junior Cloud Engineers passionate about building and deploying applications & SQL on Azure cloud platforms.
• In this role, you will collaborate across borders with our business and support functions.
• You will design, build, or act as the scrum master when delivering solutions as part of the team using a wide range of technologies and the full range of multi-cloud services, working with people with diverse skills.
• Your role will have multiple responsibilities, depending on the type of project. In one project, you might work with the development team to build an application optimized for the cloud, using automation to test and deploy the application.
• In another project, you might convert and automate manual runbook or provisioning processes using tools like Azure DevOps (formerly known as VSTS).

Roles and responsibilities in this role:

• Developing scripts to automate the deployment of Azure architecture and solutions.
• Optimizing, maintaining, and supporting the cloud services platform.
• Monitoring and maintaining multiple Azure solutions to meet project requirements.
• Capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge within Deloitte cloud teams.

What you offer

• The ability to build infrastructure for business applications and solutions using Azure.
• Experience with automation and provisioning approaches, using tools like PowerShell, Azure DevOps, ARM, Bicep.
• Knowledge of agile software development tools and methodologies (Azure DevOps, GIT, etc.).
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, learn quickly, and transfer this knowledge to other team members.
• Affinity for problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communicator.
• Passionate about the cloud.

Essential:

• Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of concepts of IT infrastructures, Network.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS.
• Basic understanding of coding concepts.

Good to have:

• Azure 900 certification.
• Any project(s) done in cloud space.
