We have some urgent hiring requirements and are looking to hire freshers with MBA Finance backgrounds and good academic scores. Below is the criterion:

• Looking for 2022 passouts (Students from the 2022 batch who are waiting to write their final exams can also apply)
• Only B.Tech (CS)/Similar background students can apply
• Stipend will be provided. After 6 months, we will review and depending upon your performance and business requirement, we will look at the possibilities for full time conversion and at that point of time, there will be a salary increment.
• It’s a work-from-home opportunity. You can completely work from home. Interviewing process too will happen virtually (over google hangouts, zoom)

Only 80% throughout in 10th, 12th, B.Tech(CS)/Similar education candidates with Decent English communication.

Trainee – Data Analytics Remote/Work from home

Demandbase is looking for a Trainee, you will get to work with enormous datasets containing millions of records. You will get an opportunity to work alongside a great team of data engineers and research analysts to evaluate data and implement smarter techniques to validate, analyze and improve data quality. You will use your analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced agile environment to push the data quality to new levels.

Candidate Profile:

• In view of the current remote work environment, must be willing and be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free environment
• Being able to communicate their thoughts and understand clearly what is being told

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge and understanding of data querying, manipulation, and analysis
• Knowledge and understanding of SQL and working on databases
• Can work on large data sets, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation
• Knowledge and understanding of using tools like SAS, R, Excel Advanced toolkit
• Knowledge and understanding of data analytics/reporting. Should have some exposure to visualization tools.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail, ability to think strategically and logically
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science (or any related technical discipline)
• Good academic scores and/or experience in technically significant projects.
• 0-1 years Data analyst experience will be preferred either as a full-time/Freelancing/Internship
