About the Design Team
Design is one of the key teams at Disney+ Hotstar. We have 3 major areas of focus – Product Design, UX Research, and Systems & Standards. We are a closely-knit team of 19 people at the moment, who work across the spectrum of design from deriving insight from data, designing interfaces and prototypes, and testing with users to motion graphics and illustrations.

Internship Program
We are currently looking for Product Design Interns for a 6 months internship with Disney+ Hotstar.

- Understanding and framing problem statements
- Deriving insights from data
- Understanding and developing user journeys and flows
- User testing and collaborating with user researchers to get qualitative insights
- Designing UIs that deliver on qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Working with product managers and engineers to solve problems
What to Bring
- Visual Design of UIs and Prototyping Interactions
- Understanding data, metrics and design decision making
- Communication with peers and clear articulation of thoughts and decisions
- User Testing
- Skills in Motion Design, Illustrations, or any form of Storytelling, coding is a bonus.
