Dobby Ads is looking for creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designers to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life through compelling visual stories, collaborating closely with the team to create animations that reflect the brand’s identity and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization & Research: Develop visual stories by understanding project objectives and conducting research to align with brand goals.
- Storyboarding: Create detailed storyboards to outline the narrative and organize required assets for video production.
- Animation: Utilize After Effects to animate storyboards, incorporating dynamic effects and transitions.
- Visual Quality Enhancement: Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to refine visual elements.
Education & Experience:
- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, VFX, Computer Graphics, or related fields.
- Eligibility: Recent graduates (current year or last year) are encouraged to apply.

- Software Proficiency:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Creative Skills:
- Strong design thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics and VFX with a portfolio showcasing high-quality animations.
- Other Skills:
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
