Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Payroll
You’re responsible for balancing all payroll day-to-day operations including co-ordination with the vital teams involved in ensuring an accurate and timely payroll close.
Responsibilities
- A person will be responsible for operating end-to-end payroll operations
- Should have good knowledge of payroll-related statutory deductions, payments and payroll account reconciliation
- Needs to maintain excellent connections with the key partners’ Hiring, C&B, HR and Accounting teams
- Handle payroll team and provide mentoring to optimize output
Minimum qualifications:
- B.Com
Preferred Qualifications
- Should have excellent India payroll experience.
- Should be able to do multitask and work independently in an effective manner
- The person should possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word, Visio and Power-point
- Good command of the Oracle ERPs like Financial and Payroll systems is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and team-handling skills
