In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement. Active user of Internet and online application
Responsibilities
- Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
- Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
- Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate (Any Discipline except law)
- Freshers are eligible
- Result awaited candidates can also apply / 2024 Pass-outs are eligible
Preferred qualifications
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Analytical skills with customer centric approach
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
