Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple chats at the same time (3+ Active Chats simultaneously)
- Respond to the customer queries in timely manner, ensure logical and meaningful review of customer requirement
- Deep understanding of client process and policies
- Effective Probing, comprehending the query, discover the right product and offer accurate Solution to the end customer inline with the Policies and Procedures
- Sales through Chat medium for Mobile Experience, Visual Display, Digital Appliance or any other related products that are owned by end customer
- Upsell existing and sell the relevant/next logical products to the new customers basis their business need/nature of business
- Work closely with internal departments to provide the required information/support to the customer
- Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
- Upskill to enhance the knowledge time to time and offer support
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Graduation in any discipline except law (Pref B.Tech or any other tech/non-tech degree with computer course/certification)
- Have strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Freshers are eligible
- Must possess knowledge on Basics of appliances (Mobiles, Tablets, Laptop, ear bud, TVs, Monitors, Sound bars, SSD / Memory card, Refrigerators, Washer / Dryer, cooking appliances Oven/ Microwave, Vacuum cleaner, etc.)
- Relevant experience in Customer Support through Chat and good in Sales techniques
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Analytical skills with customer centric approach
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
