What You Get To DO
- Understand our clients: their goals, needs and challenges
- Helping your team provide accurate estimations to inform backlog management and prioritisation
- Contribute to feature development
- Provide order of magnitude estimates to inform the Product Roadmap
- Help guide other team members with best practices for architecture and delivery
- Regularly conduct code reviews
- Contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement through generating and implementing process improvements
- Improve product quality, security, and performance
Skills & Requirement
- Tech Stack :
- Ruby on Rails ( primary)
- Good to have : JavaScript, React.JS ,
- You have extensive experience with modern Ruby on Rails practices and development; you can demonstrate experience designing, architecting and optimising solutions and have worked with and successfully modernised legacy systems before
- Experience with writing clean, maintainable and scalable code
- Good awareness of the Ruby on Rails ecosystems

- You understand iterative software development and what constitutes an MVP
