About The Role
Exciting opportunity for a skilled Network Engineer to join our IT Hosted Solutions team in Pune. You will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining Hansen’s and clients’ network infrastructures, ensuring seamless communication and network security. This role involves hands-on support, maintenance, capacity planning, and consulting services for network-related solutions, with opportunities to engage in presales activities and contribute to client success.
About You
You are an experienced Network Engineer with strong technical skills and a proven ability to manage and support complex network infrastructures. You have:
- hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and SD-WAN technologies (Velo Cloud).
- solid understanding of Layer 2/3 networking and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN.
- familiarity with ITIL processes for Incident and Change management.
- strong communication and client-facing skills.
- a CCNA or PCNSA certification (or equivalent).
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain network infrastructures for Hansen and its clients.
- Conduct regular maintenance and report on network status and performance.
- Plan for network capacity and provide consulting services on network infrastructures and security solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve VPN, load balancer, and network protocol issues.
- Participate in presales activities and contribute to client network solutions.
- Be part of an on-call roster to provide timely support.
