- Base location will be Bangalore
- Freshers from training institutes (like Vector India, Q-Spiders, J-Spiders, Py-Spiders, KodNest)
- 2024 graduates
- Basic Cutoff for screening
- Graduation score (>GPA 8 or 80%)
- Good Training institute score
- Good Basic communication skills
- Post internal training (based on vertical specific need and demand) resources to be assigned to active projects
