PMS Analyst Medical Devices Complaints Handling:

• B.E/B.Tech (Biotechnology)
• Science degree (BSc/Msc Bio chemistry/BSc/Msc Bio Science/B Pharm/M Pharm/BSc/Msc allied sciences, BSc/Msc Anatomy)
• This will be passed put Batches – 2023 & 2024 Only. (Minimum 60 % is must for 10th, 12th, and Graduation)
• Soft Skills: Good communication Skills, Commendable English (writing and verbal) language proficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To work on medical devices Complaints handling Process.
• Work with lead in completing daily assignation
• Organize and manage daily work allocation
• Complaints remediation using work instruction, compliance to process
• To drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with of cross function team (CFT) such as Intake, MDR, Investigation to execute the project and initiative.
• Daily status to lead associate
