Experience:
- Freshers preferred with good verbal and written communication
- Knowledge on basic customer service
- Excellent call handle ling skills
Technical Competencies:
- Typing speed 25 to 30wpm with 80% accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work with limited management intervention.
