Job Description
We are looking for a Product Management Intern with expertise and passion to imagine, build and improve customer acquisition products. This role starts where our customers start – the point where she starts thinking about getting interiors done for her home. From that point on, till the time she signs up with HomeLane is the journey that this leader will own. This is a high growth opportunity and one that needs an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have full ownership and responsibility through the product life cycle from customer onboarding, feedback, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, development and measurement of adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the HomeLane website (mobile first & desktop), to create a WOW on-site experience
- Create scale products (like the quote estimator or AI-enabled products leveraging our world-class interior design platform SpaceCraft) to add value to homeowners in the discovery phase of their home interiors journey
- Develop products and workflows to acquire leads more efficiently, by collaborating with the Digital & Brand teams
- Own and improve the sales tools our designers and sales professionals use to meet and convert homeowners to customers
Job Requirement
Required Skills:
- Good problem solving & analytical skills.
- Hands-on with Figma Or Adobe Sketch.
- Empathy driven, have some awareness about design thinking framework.
- Ability to clearly define, articulate, communicate user problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3rd year or 4th year student in a Tier-1 Engineer/Management Institution.
