- A versatile technical writer to join a small yet mighty team of product enthusiasts who are on a mission to make enterprises digital.
- We need you to help create content while working closely with the product owner. Liaise with the development, testing, sales, pre-sales, marketing, and support teams to understand the product features, customer pain points, and use cases.
- You need to articulate your understanding.
- It is a dream opportunity for enthusiasts who empathize with the end users and love to express their ideas in no-jargons simple English.

- Proactively learn the product features
- Liaise with the Development, Test teams, Product Owner to acquire understanding of the product
- Creating, authoring, publishing high quality technical documentation (e.g. user manuals, getting started guides, how to guides, installation manuals etc.) about the product
- Provide well structured, detailed, descriptive technical documentation for product features
- Maintain the repository of all the created artifacts
- Own, and drive the documentation review, approval, and publishing process
- Deliver as per the plan and timelines aligned with the product owner
