Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in PyTorch, scikit-learn, and OpenCV.s
- Ability to create, train, and evaluate neural networks from scratch.
- Experience with finetuning larger models, particularly in vision-related tasks.
- Understanding of diverse loss functions, metrics, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with open-source libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Statsmodels.
- Optional experience with open-source Language Model Libraries (LLMs).
Basic Software Engineering Skills:
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Proficiency in writing performant database queries.
- Capability to write effective unit tests.
- Working knowledge of design patterns.
- Ability to comprehend codebases of less than 5 million lines.
Miscellaneous:
- Fast and efficient in writing code.
- Quick in experimenting with various open-source libraries.
- High intent and commitment to excellence.
