Role & responsibilities

• Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
• Ensure achievement of the set target of revenue from the mapped set of customers associated to them
• Responsible for incremental CASA deepening value and souce NTB for incremental CASA value.
• Provide service delivery to mapped portfolio.
• Achieved the monthly assigned targets through effective cross sales generating Fee Income across Investment, Assets, Cards and Liability products.
• Strict adhere to internal control policies and ensure that organizational activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal and governmental regulations

Preferred candidate profile

Degree : Any Graduate

Experience : 0-4 years

• Good communication skills
• Should be fluent in Hindi
• Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to marketing sales.
• High sales orientation to meet the sales target consistently.
• Results orientated, committed and with strong sense of discipline.
• Knowledge of Life insurance, General Insurance and Banking products.
