Job Profile: Virtual Relationship Manager
Degree Required: Any Degree
Experience Required: 0 – 4 Years
Salary/CTC: Rs. 1 – 3.75 Lacs P.A.

Role & responsibilities
- Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
- Ensure achievement of the set target of revenue from the mapped set of customers associated to them
- Responsible for incremental CASA deepening value and souce NTB for incremental CASA value.
- Provide service delivery to mapped portfolio.
- Achieved the monthly assigned targets through effective cross sales generating Fee Income across Investment, Assets, Cards and Liability products.
- Strict adhere to internal control policies and ensure that organizational activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal and governmental regulations
Preferred candidate profile
Degree : Any Graduate
Experience : 0-4 years
- Good communication skills
- Should be fluent in Hindi
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to marketing sales.
- High sales orientation to meet the sales target consistently.
- Results orientated, committed and with strong sense of discipline.
- Knowledge of Life insurance, General Insurance and Banking products.
