Who You are:
As an Associate Software Developer, you will apply deep product expertise and skills by working as part of a high energy team to design and build our new state of the art Infinite Talent Onboard Product. This is an opportunity to work with the latest technologies including Java,Spring boot, ReactJS, JQuery, HMTL, CSS etc. Working as part of a team that does what it takes to ensure success, you will implement this multi-tier internet application to achieve high reliability and scalability.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Learn an assigned product and related technologies
- Debug existing code to determine and address the root cause of issues
- Product development including implementation, and unit testing
- A delivery focused attitude with the ability to drive tasks forward and meet demanding deadlines
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field with 0-2 years of experience working with Java/J2EE technologies
- Strong background in computer science fundamentals
- Good knowledge of Core Java and should have hands on and using Java in Object Oriented patterns
- Basic Knowledge on J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSPs, JavaScript, JDBC, Springboot
- Basic knowledge on UI skills like HTML, CSS and web development
- Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements, technical design and develop solutions based on them
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to learn new skills and collaborate with the other teams.
