Associate Analyst, Shared Services
- We’re looking for an Associate Analyst with experience in Travel and Expense processing and their payments, to join our team in Bangalore.
- You will report to the Manager, Shared services.
- You will work on Travel and Expense processing and their payments
Your Role Responsibilities? Here’s What You’ll Do
- Assist in the daily Travel and Expense activities
- Meeting the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for all expense reports processed
- Assist in processing Expense claims
- Responding to emails from employees
- Ability to coordinate with employees through calls
- Open to do any roles and responsibilities assigned with in Global Travel, Meetings and Cards
Role Essentials
- 1+ years of experience in the related field
- UG – B com or equivalent qualification
- Experience in Travel and Expense
- To work in a team environment and understand how to access areas of risk
- Customer focus both internally and externally
