Eligibility Criteria:
- 2022/2023 Passout Batch Only
- BCA
- MCA
- B.Tech – Computer Science
Commitment:
- Candidates need to provide a 36 month minimum service commitment.
- Candidates will get an opportunity to do MS from BITS Pilani (Optional and for eligible one)
- after completion of 18th month in service. Terms and conditions will be discussed later.
Compensation:
- For BCA: 3 LPA after successful completion of 6 month paid internship
- For MCA: 4.2 LPA after successful completion of 6 month paid internship
- For BTech: 4.2 LPA after successful completion of 6 month paid internship
Stipend during 6 month internship: Rs 10,000 per month For BCA, Rs 15,000 per
month for MCA and 15,000 per month for BTech.
Job Responsibilities:
● Create, develop, and maintain new programs or systems
● Do Quality analysis of the developed system
● You will analyze requirements and envision a qualitative solution with your
colleagues and product team.
● Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
● Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
● Create unit tests to ensure the code is functioning as expected.
● Audit code to identify bottlenecks of performance and fix them.
● Participate in requirements analysis and document the process.
● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and
developing standard operating procedures
● Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making
recommendations, and designing and implementing systems
● Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
● Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
● Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
● Providing written knowledge transfer material
Requirements
● Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
● Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and
outcomes
● Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
● Good database knowledge .
● Good understanding of Object oriented concepts.
