Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team as an Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing our infrastructure for both on-premises and Cloud, while actively contributing to our DevOps practices.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in managing and maintaining our on-premises and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
– Collaborate with the development team to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
– Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of provisioning CI/CD pipelines.
– Contribute towards automation for both on-premises and cloud infrastructure
– Monitor system performance and reliability, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance scalability and efficiency.
– Assist in implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
– Participate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
– Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure management and DevOps practices.
Qualifications
– Currently pursuing a B.Tech/B.E degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Strong interest in infrastructure management for both on-premises and cloud computing, including DevOps methodologies.
– Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
– Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus.
– Familiarity and knowledge of managing Linux environment is a plus.
– Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
– Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like Azure DevOps etc.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
