4. 📝 Monitoring feedback and key performance metrics on customer engagement, ensuring targets are met.
5. 🗣️ Interacting with learners, trainers, and mentors for effective training delivery.
6. 🛡️ Serving as the primary interface for learner escalations, focusing on problem-solving and communication.
7. 📈 Establishing clear expectations, resolving issues through effective communication.
