Job Description:
We’re looking for M.Tech 2023-2025 pass-outs (no backlogs) to join our fast-growing Technical Research team at our Bangalore HQ.
🔧 Roles and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot advanced technical problems under tight deadlines
- Provide support to learners via phone or online platforms
- Assist trainers by conducting assignments, revisions, and QA
- Perform quality audits and provide feedback for improvements
- Act as the first point of technical escalation
- Support internal teams in managing priority tech issues
🛠 Required Skills
- Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft OS
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to simplify complex IT concepts for learners
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Strong sense of accountability and urgency for project management
🎓 Qualification
- M.Tech (2023 – 2025 pass-outs only) from branches:
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Computer Science
- Electrical Engineering
- Must have no backlogs
