Responsibilities of the Candidate for Johnson & Johnson Hiring:
- Build robust analytics assets to support an end to end Supply Chain team to improve business performance
- Leverage visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and MS Access to support building-up Supply Chain Analytics
- Drive various digital initiatives for Supply Chain in collaboration with IT, Commercial, Deliver, and other functions – at India and ASPAC regional level
- Ensure all design requirements from the supply chain are incorporated with proper communication
- Ensure smooth implementation of digital initiatives and integration with base business
- Be accountable for data accuracy – at both input and output sides
- Create and maintain a knowledge repository for digital systems
- Be responsible for training of supply chain team members on digital systems
Requirements for Johnson & Johnson Hiring:
- Engineering graduate in computer science/electronics/information technology from a Tier 1 or 2 Engineering college
- Fresher or up to 3 years of professional work experience.
- Knowledge/experience in Digital Analytics and Visualization platforms (SPSS, Python/R/VBA, Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI, etc.) is preferable
- Extensive spreadsheet analysis capabilities and strong mathematical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be willing to work on cross-functional projects and take assignments in other supply chain domains.
