Job Description:
As part of the Partner Enablement team in Noida (India), you will be joining an exciting team responsible for enabling and supporting customers design with Kigen technology. As part of the team, you will be critical to our full set of solutions providing UICC/eSIM/iSIM services including profile development, testing and applet development. A key element of our role is supporting our customers and working closely with our Data Generation and Customer Onboarding teams to provide services.
- As part of the Profile Development team, you will gain experience in development of Telecom profile for worldwide Mobile Network Operators to offer new customisation.
- As part of the Test team, you will strive to improve the quality of our deliverables, finding ways to automate and facilitate Standard compliance verification, validation of specified behavior, define test plan, coverage matrix and provide test results.
- As part of the Java Card SIM Toolkit applet development team, you will gain experience resource constrained development, deliver complex application using cryptography, interacting with the network, with dedicated servers and with the end user.
You will be ultra-responsive and agile to ensure that Kigen solutions can be rapidly verified against evolving customer requirements, aligning to Kigen’s values:

What you will be doing:
- Become familiar with Telecom and Smart Card technologies, including 5G, Remote SIM Provisioning, NFC and IoT device management
- Become actively involved in agile processes to help your team achieve their part in Kigen’s mission
to “Drive eSIM and iSIM to be the cornerstone of IoT security”
Code, debug, test and support our
Get exposure to: IoT solutions, Smart Card Technology, Mobile Services, embedded device constraints, Git, GitLab, Atlassian (Confluence/JIRA), Cryptography, Security processes, UL eUICC Tester Tool, Java and JavaCard, Maven, Postman and other internal Tools.
What do we need:
- Aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
- Good understanding of the various software projects cycle steps (specification, development, test, release, maintenance)
- Notions in security and cryptography
- An understanding of the software development and release
- Be curious, and keen to find out how things
- Attention to detail, good communication

Desirable:
- Familiar with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript or any other)
- Familiar with C/C++ languages
- Version control systems (GitHub or any other).
- Familiar with some Java IDEs (NetBeans, Eclipse or any other)
- Experience with software development and testing in Java
- Basic knowledge of ASN.1, OpenSSL and various certificate formats.
