About Company:
L&T Hydraulics Works is a state-of-the art manufacturing facility in Doddaballapura, Bengaluru, India for high precision components required for hydraulic assemblies. The facility consists of two manufacturing plants:
- Plant 1 for manufacturing wide range of Hydraulic Cylinders & Swivel/Rotary Joints
- Plant 2 for manufacturing wide range High Torque Low Speed Motors, Radial Piston Pumps, Track & Swing Drives and Customized Hydraulic Systems
Job Profile: Junior Engineer Trainee

This is fresher role for Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering
1. Diploma In Metallurgy Engineering course (completed in 2024).
2. Candidate should have passed the SSC / X Std examination in first attempt with minimum 60% or above.
3. Minimum 60% aggregate marks in the Diploma Engineering Course
4. Candidate should not have more than 1 (One) ATKT / Backlog during entire Diploma Engineering course. All ATKTs / Backlogs, live as well as cleared to be counted as the total no. of ATKTs / Backlogs throughout the history of engineering for the purpose of eligibility. Subject not cleared in the first attempt, Paper (Theory / Practical) not appeared for in the regular semester, for any reason, will be treated as ATKTs/ Backlogs, even if, subsequently cleared.
5. No drop in any semester / year throughout Diploma course.
6. AGE: Not more than 23 years as on 1st July 2024.
7. Medium of Instruction in Diploma Engineering should be ENGLISH.
8. Medical standards to be met as per company policy
9. Should not have appeared for L&T’s JET selection process earlier.
