Role: HR Intern
Location: Noida
Joining: Immediate
Type of Hiring: Internship (followed by full-time employment based on performance)
Stipend during Internship: Rs. 25,000 /-
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Talent acquisition
• Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries
• Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability.
• Gathers and organizes job applications.
• Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies.
• Assists in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws.
• Participates and assists in career days and company social and networking events.
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
• MBA 2nd year candidates graduating in 2024 with HR as Major or Dual specialization.
• 60% throughout
