Purpose of the Role:
- To contribute towards smooth execution of the Campus Programs to young talent experience
Qualification & Experience
Any degree with 0-2 years of relevant HR/Admin experience
Key Deliverables of the Role
- Supporting the execution of the various Campus Programs
- Ensure all campus processes are anchored from system point of view
- Able to partner with various stakeholders and anchor management of campus initiatives.
- Partner with admin team and Campus Team HR to plan and deliver the expectations within timelines.
- Coordinating with internal IT Team and other campus related Vendors for Campus Projects
- Providing end to end support to Management Trainees during the course of their stints.
- Enabling enhanced member experience
- Work on Campus initiatives
